Custom Jewelry

N. Larson Jewelry Designs specializes in custom jewelry and reusing the client's old gold and gemstones to create new custom designs. All initial design consultations are complementary. Upon approval of the order we require a half deposit of the total estimate and the balance due upon completion. Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. The time to complete a custom order varies depending upon the complexity of the job.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. 

We do not accept personal checks.

 

Sales tax of 6.25% will be charged on all orders shipped to a Massachusetts address.

 

 

Shipping

We will gladly ship to you via FedEx. All orders are fully insured and require a direct signature upon delivery. We cannot ship FedEx to PO boxes. Please call us for more information about shipping. 

Repairs

We repair jewelry that is only made by N. Larson Jewelry Designs. 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Jewelry purchased from our sales gallery may be returned within two weeks from date of receipt for a full refund or credit. Items must be received unworn and in original condition. We will process the refund the same day upon receiving the return, but it may take several days to appear on your account.  Merchandise credits do not include return shipping and insurance charges.
